Agreed Terms & Conditions When Joining Our Courses:

The undersigned student and parent/guardian agree to the following terms and conditions for the student’s participation in ISAcademy:

1. Student’s Commitment

The student hereby agrees to: • Act in a courteous, considerate, and responsible manner towards fellow students, ISAcademy staff, instructors, and campus personnel. • Attend all classes punctually. Students are expected to be on time for all sessions for which they are enrolled. • Manage lateness appropriately. Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to wait until the next break to join the class, to minimise disruption. • Refrain from consuming alcohol, tobacco, or non-prescribed drugs for the duration of the ISAcademy course. • Behave responsibly and comply with Brazilian law at all times. • Comply with all reasonable requests and instructions given by ISAcademy staff.

2. Breach of Student’s Commitment

Any breach of the above conditions will be reported at the earliest possible convenience to the parent/guardian and may lead to the student’s dismissal from the course and an early return home. In such circumstances, there will be no refund of fees and the parent/guardian will be liable for all expenses incurred with respect to student early dismissal.

3. Damage, Loss or Injury

Parents/guardians are liable for any damage, loss or injury caused by their child/student. In addition, ISAcademy is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by a student, whether caused by the student or a third party (including another student).

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your enrolment at any time. If you cancel your enrolment: 1. Before the course start date: You will receive a full refund of the course fee, minus a reasonable administration fee of 20% to cover our incurred costs. 2. After the course has started: The refund will be calculated on a proportional basis, considering the portion of the course already delivered, plus the administration fee of 20%.

5. Permission To Use Photographs

Photos and videos may be taken during our programme, which may be used on our website, as well as in our social and printed media.

6. Under-Enrolled Classes

ISAcademy reserves the right to cancel classes with less than three registered students. Parents and students will be informed as early as possible should any of their registered classes run this risk. In such a case, students will have the option to enroll for one-on-one tutoring at an additional charge, choose another class or receive full refund.
